He is a pioneer in developing personalized programs designed for each customer’s unique needs. Steve is a subject matter expert on Rent to Own, lending programs, and credit. He has achieved the coveted designation of Credit Expert by Trans Union.
He has owned and operated mortgage, credit improvement, and title closing companies. Additionally, he has been a licensed mortgage specialist in both the U.S. and Canada.
His core belief is “Everyone can own a home; it’s just a matter of time”.
Steve is the founder of Dream Rent Own
Hey, I'm Jake!
Started his career in 1993 as an Account Executive calling on local Mortgage Brokers. He quickly learned the importance that each borrower has different needs and challenges that need to be addressed and submitted correctly to gain approval.
The bulk of his career is in multiple leadership positions with Regional and National banks helping borrowers coast to coast in all 48 states. His experience encompasses lending, credit, and title in both residential and commercial real estate.
Hi, I'm Rhonda!
Rhonda has 20 years of mortgage experience. Her journey began in the trenches as a processor for a lender learning the nuts and bolts of the business and eventually culminating in opening a mortgage company as Owner-operator.
Her attention to detail and organization were crucial in developing keen and creative problem-solving skills for her clients’ dreams of owning a home.

Kevin possesses 20 plus years of Real Estate Law Practice and 10 years of Mortgage Brokering. His passion for helping people in real estate law led him to obtain Mortgage Agents and Broker’s licenses to operate a successful mortgage company.
